Annual volume compliance check
Checks all active members who have been members for 12+ months. Members below USD 1,000,000 annual volume receive a 60-day warning starting from their last transaction date. After 60 days, their seat is forfeited.

All active Governance Seat unit holders will receive an email with the motion and a link to vote. The majority position determines the Class B board vote.
Passkeys
Sign in with Touch ID, Face ID, a phone, or a hardware security key — phishing-resistant and the recommended primary factor. Enroll one on each device you use; a laptop plus a phone gives you anti-lockout redundancy.
Authenticator app (TOTP)
Add a time-based one-time code from an authenticator app (1Password, Google Authenticator, Authy) as a strong second factor for admin sign-in. During rollout this works alongside the email code.
